Smashing Barriers - Stories That Inspire.

Smashing Barriers Concert Spotlight: Humber has done it again!

Hey everyone, I’m back with another exciting episode for you!

This “month” is a little bit different – the amazing Sax Quartets at Humber College are putting on their 2nd Annual Benefit Concert to support our organisation, and they are bringing their friends from the University of Toronto and the Stereoscope Saxophone Duo with them! In honour of the concert we figured that the listeners would like to get to know some of the musicians involved in the concert – what got them started on their musical journeys? Executive Director Adrian Moody took the reins to really figure out what makes these musicians tick. In the weeks leading up to the benefit we will be releasing “Podcast Blasts”, revealing a little bit more about these fantastic musicians along the way.

As always, if you have a story to share with us, don’t hesitate to reach out! Shoot us a message at info@musicwithoutbarriers.com and we will find a place for you on the podcast. Stay tuned NEXT WEEK for another special Podcast Blast with these talented musicians, where AJ pulls out the big questions: What has kept us inspired while we each follow our musical journey? How do we find balance between the technical and the emotional aspects of music?

However, for now… sit back, relax and enjoy this very special Podcast Blast. hope you enjoy it! See you next week for our next episode.

Musically Yours,

Ash

PS. Visit our Facebook Event for more details about the Benefit Concert – we would love to see you there!
